Indian Motorcycle Company L.A. to Cabo Influencer Ride

THE GOAL: To put the all-new Indian Chief in front of new eyeballs and to inspire people to go take a motorcycle trip/remind them that seeing the world on two wheels and with their friends is the best way to do it.

THE CHALLENGE: To find influencers with an audience who would be in the target demographic for the model who were able to come on the trip and who were willing to share about it through their social media. The trip also needed to be designed to highlight the strengths of the motorcycle while also sharing a romanticized version of its use.

THE SOLUTION: We developed a seven-day route zig-zagging across the Baja Peninsula on a ride from Los Angeles, California to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with country singers Kip Moore and Gable Bradley and renowned automotive photographer Oskar Bakke. We showed the guys a version of Baja they didn’t know existed and, with it, a version of motorcycling that has become truly special to all of them.

At the end of the trip, Kip shared with us that he almost pulled out of the trip because, after two straight years of touring, he was just exhausted. He then told us that deciding to come was the best decision he made and that not only did our trip not feel like another brand trying to use him, but he felt rejuvenated and thankful for the experience. Needless to say, his posts reflected and the response he got to them was greatly impacted.
